There are members for whom shared will be enough, and there are owners for whom the residence must read in their own name. The two-bedroom Villas and four-to-six-bedroom Estates at Ki’ama Exuma are being designed for the latter. A collection of oceanfront and hillside locations — and a smaller collection of waterfront sites where you will craft something entirely your own — set quietly along the most private edges of the island. Timber-framed, low-slung, drawn to the lines of the land. Some with private pools, outdoor kitchens, expansive terraces, direct steps to the sand.
